What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, school name, role, consent, and any optional school information you provide. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the Eskuvia pilot, not for unrelated marketing. Please do not submit student records or confidential information.

How your details are handled

Inquiries are stored on the operator’s server for authorized staff to review. Your inquiry details are also sent through Resend to the operator’s designated email inbox for follow-up. Resend and the operator’s email provider process these details to deliver and store the notification. This site uses analytics hosted at analytics.aivent.se to measure website visits. The form does not send inquiry fields to the analytics service. The operator and its hosting provider may process necessary technical service information.

How long we keep an inquiry

Inquiry records submitted through this site are automatically removed from this server after 180 days. Contact the privacy address to withdraw consent, request access or correction, or request deletion of your inquiry. If a separate pilot agreement follows, its privacy terms will be provided separately. The operator is responsible for any exported records, email copies, email-provider records, and hosting backups.

Your choice

Submitting the form is voluntary and does not reserve a pilot place or create a purchase commitment. Required fields allow us to respond and identify the school. Optional fields can be left blank.
